Exciting Hike from Mestia to Ushguli

Day 1

Begin your journey by traveling from Tbilisi or Kutaisi or BAtumi to Mestia.

Distance 16.1km, elevation 767m.

We start our trekking tour from Mestia to Jabeshi. After a day filled with exploration, we'll find rest in a comfortable guesthouse. The distance covers 12 kilometers, and we can expect to complete it in 6 to 8 hours. The trail encompasses various elevations, starting at 1500 meters above sea level, reaching a peak of 1900 meters, and concluding at 1600 meters.

Distance 10.7km, elevation 895m.

Today, our trek takes us from Jabeshi to Adishi, where we'll settle into another welcoming guesthouse. The trail leads us from the stunning Mulakhura valley to the captivating Adishischala, ending at an elevation of 2100 meters.

Day 4

Distance 16km, elevation 857m.

Continuing our journey, we trek from Adishi to the picturesque Khalde village. Here, we'll find respite in a cozy guesthouse. The highest point of this leg of the trail stands tall at 2700 meters, and we'll descend to 1900 meters as we conclude our day's expedition.

Distance 14.4km, elevation 1057m.

Lace up your boots as we embark on a thrilling hike from Khalde to Ushguli, the region's highest village situated at an altitude of 2200 meters.

Day 6

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Ushguli as we stroll through its charming streets and then embark on a hike to the majestic Shkhara glacier. Our adventure will lead us back to Ushguli, leaving us with unforgettable memories.

Day 7

We bid farewell to Ushguli and begin our journey back to Mestia. Along the way, we'll take a short hike to the enchanting Zuruldi mount ski resort. Rest and rejuvenation await us in Mestia as we spend the night there.
